
Trina Isakson, Principal
Trina is passionate about non-profit capacity, engaged citizenship, inspired workplaces, community development and education. Her diverse areas of focus have included at-risk youth, volunteer engagement, sustainability, social services, community-university engagement, science, business administration, and performing arts. In addition to her consulting work with 27 Shift, Trina is an instructor in the Centre for Sustainable Community Development at Simon Fraser University.
Trina is an avid traveller, having spent five months in 2010 exploring Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. When she isn’t working, learning or travelling, Trina enjoys cycling, backyard gardening and playing board games. She grew up in Salmon Arm, BC and currently calls Vancouver her home.
